Famahhilil kaafireena amhilhum ruwaidaa
So give the deniers respite; let them be for a little while.
The command is given twice over in a single line, first as mahhil and then as amhil, two forms of one verb for granting time. Ruwaydan closes it, a diminutive meaning a little, and the word appears nowhere else. Against people described as scheming, what is asked for is a short measured wait, and the surah ends on it.
