وَأَنَّ إِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ ٱلْمُنتَهَىٰ
Wa anna ilaa rabbikal muntahaa
and that to your Lord is the final return,
Everything from verse 38 onward is offered as a summary of what already stood in the scrolls of Ibrahim and Musa, so the claims arrive presented as old rather than new. The word here, muntaha, means a furthest limit, the point past which nothing continues, and it closes the running list of accounting by naming where all of it stops.
