يَوْمَ تُبَدَّلُ ٱلْأَرْضُ غَيْرَ ٱلْأَرْضِ وَٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتُ ۖ وَبَرَزُوا۟ لِلَّهِ ٱلْوَٰحِدِ ٱلْقَهَّارِ
Yawma tubaddalul ardu ghairal ardi wassamaawaatu wa barazoo lillaahil Waahidil Qahhaar
On the day when the earth is changed into another earth, and the heavens too, and they come forth before God, the One, the Overpowering—
Barazū means to step out into open ground where nothing stands between you and what is watching, and the Arabic puts it in the past tense although the day is still ahead, a way of treating it as settled. Two names close the verse, and the pairing does work: on a day when the ground itself has been exchanged for another, there is one before whom all appear, and nothing left to appeal to beside him.
