وَمَا لَكُمْ أَلَّا تُنفِقُوا۟ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ وَلِلَّهِ مِيرَٰثُ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۚ لَا يَسْتَوِى مِنكُم مَّنْ أَنفَقَ مِن قَبْلِ ٱلْفَتْحِ وَقَـٰتَلَ ۚ أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ أَعْظَمُ دَرَجَةً مِّنَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَنفَقُوا۟ مِنۢ بَعْدُ وَقَـٰتَلُوا۟ ۚ وَكُلًّا وَعَدَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلْحُسْنَىٰ ۚ وَٱللَّهُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ خَبِيرٌ
Wa maa lakum allaa tunfiqoo fee sabeelil laahi wa lillaahi meeraasus samaawaati wal-ard; laa yastawee minkum man anfaqa min qablil fat-hi wa qaatal; ulaaaika a'zamu darajatam minal lazeena anfaqoo mim ba'du wa qaataloo; wa kullanw wa'adallaahul husnaa; wallaahu bimaa ta'maloona Khabeer
Dlaczego nie mielibyście rozdawać na drodze Boga, skoro do Boga należy dziedzictwo niebios i ziemi? Nie jesteście wszyscy sobie równi: ci, co rozdawali i walczyli przed zwycięstwem, będą na znaczniejszym stopniu aniżeli ci, którzy rozdawali i walczyli po zwycięstwie. Wszystkim obiecał Bóg rzeczy piękne. Bóg jest w pełni świadomy tego, co czynicie!
And what is it with you that you do not spend in the way of God, when to God belongs the inheritance of the heavens and the earth? Not equal among you are those who spent and fought before the victory — they are greater in rank than those who spent and fought afterward. Yet to each, God has promised the best reward. And God is fully aware of what you do.
