وَإِذَا كَالُوهُمْ أَو وَّزَنُوهُمْ يُخْسِرُونَ
Wa izaa kaaloohum aw wazanoohum yukhsiroon
but give less than they should when it is they who weigh or measure for others!
but when they measure or weigh out for others, they give less.
