إِنَّا هَدَيْنَـٰهُ ٱلسَّبِيلَ إِمَّا شَاكِرًا وَإِمَّا كَفُورًا
Innaa hadainaahus sabeela immaa shaakiranw wa immaa kafoora
We guided him to the right path, whether he was grateful or not.
Indeed, we guided him to the path — whether grateful or ungrateful.
