بَلَىٰ قَـٰدِرِينَ عَلَىٰٓ أَن نُّسَوِّىَ بَنَانَهُۥ
Balaa qaadireena 'alaaa an nusawwiya banaanah
In fact, We can reshape his very fingertips.
Yes indeed — we are able to shape even his fingertips.

Verse three asked about gathering scattered bones; the reply names banān, the fingers and their tips, and the verb for what will be done to them is the one used elsewhere of the original forming of a body. Reassembly is described as a second shaping, carried out to the same finish as the first.
