إِنَّ ٱلْمُجْرِمِينَ فِى ضَلَـٰلٍ وَسُعُرٍ
Innal mujrimeena fee dalaalinw wa su'ur
truly the wicked are misguided and quite insane––
Indeed, the guilty are lost in error and madness.
