أَتَوَاصَوْا۟ بِهِۦ ۚ بَلْ هُمْ قَوْمٌ طَاغُونَ
Atawaasaw bih; bal hum qawmun taaghoon
Did they tell one another to do this? No! They are a people who exceed all bounds,
Did they pass this down to one another? No — they are a people who transgress all bounds.
