وَفِى مُوسَىٰٓ إِذْ أَرْسَلْنَـٰهُ إِلَىٰ فِرْعَوْنَ بِسُلْطَـٰنٍ مُّبِينٍ
Wa fee Moosaaa iz arsalnaahu ilaa Fir'wna bisultaa nim mubeen
There is another sign in Moses: We sent him to Pharaoh with clear authority.
And in Musa too there is a sign, when we sent him to Pharaoh with clear authority.
