أَفَعَيِينَا بِٱلْخَلْقِ ٱلْأَوَّلِ ۚ بَلْ هُمْ فِى لَبْسٍ مِّنْ خَلْقٍ جَدِيدٍ
Afa'a yeenaa bilkhalqil awwal; bal hum fee labsim min khalqin jadeed
So were We incapable of the first creation? No indeed! Yet they doubt a second creation.
Were we then wearied by the first creation? Yet they are in doubt about a new creation.
