Yes. Caring for your health — body and mind — is part of the trust (amanah) Allah has given you. The Prophet ﷺ said: “Allah has not sent down a disease without also sending down its cure or treatment” (Bukhari 5678). Seeking help through doctors and medicine is a way of honoring that trust. Protecting life and well-being is one of the core aims of the Shariah.
