وَأَهْدِيَكَ إِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ فَتَخْشَىٰ
Wa ahdi yaka ila rabbika fatakh sha
اور میں تجھے تیرے پروردگار کا رستہ بتاؤں تاکہ تجھ کو خوف (پیدا) ہو
and that I guide you to your Lord, so you would stand in awe?'"
Musa is told to offer the guiding as his own act, and the Qur'an elsewhere reserves guidance to God — 28:56 tells the Prophet plainly that it is not in his power. Commentators resolved this by distinguishing showing someone the way from creating the response inside them. Awe is then placed as the result of being guided, arriving after it rather than as the condition for it.
