Surah Al-An'am — 6:11

Qul seeroo fil ardi summan zuroo kaifa kaana 'aaqibatul mukazzibeen

Say, "Travel through the earth, then see what became of those who denied the truth."

Reflection

A demand for an angel gets answered with a command to go outside and look at ruins. ʿĀqiba names what follows a thing rather than the thing itself, so what the traveller is sent to weigh is how these stories ended. The order of the two verbs carries weight as well: the walking comes first, and the judgment is asked for only afterwards.
