Surah An-Naml — 27:8

Falammaa jaaa'ahaa noodiya am boorika man finnnnaari wa man hawlahaa wa Subhaanal laahi Rabbil 'aalameen

When he reached it, a voice called out: "Blessed is the one at the fire and whoever is around it. Glory to God, Lord of the worlds.

Reflection

Musa set out for something practical, a burning branch and news of the road, and what meets him there is a blessing and a declaration of God's glory. Who receives the blessing goes unnamed: commentators read the presence in the fire as Musa himself, as the light seen within it, or as angels standing near, and the wording leaves all three possible. The answer arrives on a register far above the errand.
