إِلَّا تَذْكِرَةً لِّمَن يَخْشَىٰ
Illaa tazkiratal limany yakshaa
بلکہ اس شخص کو نصیحت دینے کے لئے (نازل کیا ہے) جو خوف رکھتا ہے
