إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّـٰلِحَـٰتِ وَأَقَامُوا۟ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَءَاتَوُا۟ ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ لَهُمْ أَجْرُهُمْ عِندَ رَبِّهِمْ وَلَا خَوْفٌ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا هُمْ يَحْزَنُونَ
Innal lazeena aamanoo wa amilus saalihaati wa aqaamus salaata wa aatawuz zakaata lahum ajruhum 'inda rabbihim wa laa khawfun 'alaihim wa laa hum yahzanoon
جو لوگ ایمان لائے اور نیک عمل کرتے اور نماز پڑھتے اور زکوٰة دیتے رہے ان کو ان کے کاموں کا صلہ خدا کے ہاں ملے گا اور (قیامت کے دن) ان کو نہ کچھ خوف ہوا اور نہ وہ غمناک ہوں گے
Those who believe, do righteous deeds, establish the prayer, and give the alms — their reward is with their Lord; no fear will be upon them, nor will they grieve.
This verse closes with the same clause as 2:274, word for word, and the verses on usury sit between the two. The repetition turns the section into a frame, with giving promised its reward on either side and taking increase condemned in the middle. Where 274 described giving that never stops, the terms here are prayer established and alms paid, so a general habit is given its two settled forms.
