Fal yad'u naadiyah
O zaman, kafadarlarını çağırsın,
Then let him call his council,
The taunt is aimed at a specific kind of power. Nadi means the assembly a man can summon, his clan and his backers, and Mecca's own council house, Dar al-Nadwa, carried that same root. The man tradition identifies as Abu Jahl is invited to call on exactly the standing that made him confident enough to interfere with someone at prayer, and the following verse names who will answer.
