وَلَا يَحُضُّ عَلَىٰ طَعَامِ ٱلْمِسْكِينِ
wa laa yahuddu 'alaa ta'aamil miskeen
"Yoksulun yiyeceği ile ilgilenmezdi."
and does not urge the feeding of the needy.
