Tura, yayılmış ince deri üzerine satır satır dizilmiş Kitap'a, mamur bir ev olan Kabe'ye, yükseltilmiş tavan gibi göğe, kaynayacak denize and olsun ki, Rabbinin azabı hiç şüphesiz gelecektir. Onu savacak yoktur.

Every other mention of al-Tur falls inside the account of Musa at the mountain and the covenant taken there: 2:63, 2:93, 4:154, 19:52, 20:80, 28:29 and 28:46. Here alone it is sworn by, with no word about which mountain is meant. The oath then moves to an inscribed book on open parchment and to a house of worship, so a surah that will later answer charges of soothsaying opens on the sites of an older revelation.
