ٱدْخُلُوهَا بِسَلَـٰمٍ ۖ ذَٰلِكَ يَوْمُ ٱلْخُلُودِ
Udkhuloohaa bisalaamin zaalika yawmul khulood
Onlara: "İşte bu cennet, Allah'a yönelen, O'nun buyruklarına riayet eden; görmediği Rahman'dan korkan, Allah'a yönelmiş bir kalble gelen sizlere, hepinize söz verilen yerdir. Oraya esenlikle girin; işte sonsuzluk günü budur" denir.
Enter it in peace. This is the day of eternity.
Surah Qaf builds toward this one sentence: the description of the awwāb, the person who keeps turning back to God, ends with the words spoken at the threshold. Salām is greeting and condition at once, the manner of entry and the substance of the place. The word khulūd names duration with nothing after it, so the returning that defined such a person is over.
