ٱلَّذِينَ قَالُوا۟ لِإِخْوَٰنِهِمْ وَقَعَدُوا۟ لَوْ أَطَاعُونَا مَا قُتِلُوا۟ ۗ قُلْ فَٱدْرَءُوا۟ عَنْ أَنفُسِكُمُ ٱلْمَوْتَ إِن كُنتُمْ صَـٰدِقِينَ
Allazeena qaaloo liikhwaanihim wa qa'adoo law ataa'oonaa maa qutiloo; qul fadra'oo'an anfusikumul mawta in kuntum saadiqeen
Onlar oturup, kardeşleri için: "Bize itaat etselerdi öldürülmezlerdi" dediler. De ki: "Eğer doğru sözlü iseniz, ölümü kendinizden savın".
Those who stayed behind and said of their brothers, "Had they listened to us, they would not have been killed" — say to them, "Then ward off death from yourselves, if you are truthful."
