وَكَانَ فِى ٱلْمَدِينَةِ تِسْعَةُ رَهْطٍ يُفْسِدُونَ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ وَلَا يُصْلِحُونَ
Wa kaana fil madeenati tis'atu rahtiny yufsidoona fil ardi wa laa yuslihoon
O şehirde, yeryüzünde bozgunculuk yapan, düzeltmeye uğraşmayan dokuz kişi (çete) vardı.
In the city there were nine men who spread corruption in the land and brought no reform.
