وَبَشِّرِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ بِأَنَّ لَهُم مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ فَضْلًا كَبِيرًا
Wa bashshiril mu'mineena bi annna lahum minal laahi fadlan kabeera
And give the believers the good news that great bounty awaits them from God.
Good news is one of the things the Prophet has just been described as bringing, and here that description becomes an order with its content specified. Faḍl names a gift beyond entitlement, and three verses earlier the same people were promised an ajr karīm, the wage that answers work, so what is announced here sits on top of that account. The next verse hands him hostility to disregard while he carries the announcement.
