وَٱسْتَعِينُوا۟ بِٱلصَّبْرِ وَٱلصَّلَوٰةِ ۚ وَإِنَّهَا لَكَبِيرَةٌ إِلَّا عَلَى ٱلْخَـٰشِعِينَ
Wasta'eenoo bissabri was Salaah; wa innahaa lakabee ratun illaa alal khaashi'een
Seek help through patience and prayer — and it is indeed hard, except for those who are humble before God,
