قُلْ إِنِّى لَآ أَمْلِكُ لَكُمْ ضَرًّا وَلَا رَشَدًا
Qul innee laaa amliku lakum darranw wa laa rashadaa
Mów: "Ja nie rozporządzam dla was ani złem, ani drogą prawości."
Say, "I hold no power to harm you or to guide you rightly."
Rashad is the keyword of this surah: the jinn use it for what they heard in the recitation and for what surrender seeks. In verse 10 they admit they cannot tell whether harm or rashad is intended for people on earth, and here the same pair returns in the Prophet's own mouth, applied to himself. The disclaimer answers the crowd described two verses earlier, who pressed in on him as though he held something to dispense.
