وَكَذَٰلِكَ زَيَّنَ لِكَثِيرٍ مِّنَ ٱلْمُشْرِكِينَ قَتْلَ أَوْلَـٰدِهِمْ شُرَكَآؤُهُمْ لِيُرْدُوهُمْ وَلِيَلْبِسُوا۟ عَلَيْهِمْ دِينَهُمْ ۖ وَلَوْ شَآءَ ٱللَّهُ مَا فَعَلُوهُ ۖ فَذَرْهُمْ وَمَا يَفْتَرُونَ
Wa kazaalika zaiyana likaseerim minal mushrikeena qatla awlaadihim shurakaaa'uhum liyurdoohum wa liyalbisoo 'alaihim deenahum wa law shaaa'al laahu maa fa'aloohu fazarhum wa maa yaftaroon
W ten sposób ich współtowarzysze fałszywie upiększają wielu bałwochwalcom zabijanie dzieci, aby ich zniszczyć i zaciemnić im ich religię. A gdyby zechciał Bóg, to oni by tego nie uczynili ! Pozostaw ich więc. I to, co oni wymyślają!
And so their so-called partners have made the killing of their children seem right to many of the idolaters, leading them to ruin and confusing them about their way. Had God willed, they would not have done so. Leave them, then, to what they invent.
