وَلَا تَسْتَوِى ٱلْحَسَنَةُ وَلَا ٱلسَّيِّئَةُ ۚ ٱدْفَعْ بِٱلَّتِى هِىَ أَحْسَنُ فَإِذَا ٱلَّذِى بَيْنَكَ وَبَيْنَهُۥ عَدَٰوَةٌ كَأَنَّهُۥ وَلِىٌّ حَمِيمٌ
Wa laa tastawil hasanatu wa las saiyi'ah; idfa' billatee hiya ahsanu fa'izal lazee bainaka wa bainahoo 'adaawatun ka'annahoo waliyun hameem
Dobry czyn i zły czyn nie są równe. Odsuwaj więc gorszy czyn tym, co jest lepsze. Wtedy ten, który jest tobie wrogiem, będzie jak bliski przyjaciel.
Good and evil are not equal. Repel evil with what is better, and the one between you and whom there was enmity will become like a devoted friend.
