وَمَا كُنتُمْ تَسْتَتِرُونَ أَن يَشْهَدَ عَلَيْكُمْ سَمْعُكُمْ وَلَآ أَبْصَـٰرُكُمْ وَلَا جُلُودُكُمْ وَلَـٰكِن ظَنَنتُمْ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يَعْلَمُ كَثِيرًا مِّمَّا تَعْمَلُونَ
Wa maa kuntum tastatiroona ai-yashhada 'alaikum sam'ukum wa laaa absaarukum wa laa juloodukum wa laakin zanantum annal laaha laa ya'lamu kaseeram mimmaa ta'maloon
I nie mogliście się ukryć, żeby Wasz słuch, spojrzenia i skóry nie świadczyły przeciwko wam. Lecz sądziliście, że Bóg niewiele wie z tego, co czynicie.
You did not hide yourselves so that your hearing, your sight, and your skins would not testify against you — rather, you assumed that God did not know much of what you were doing.
