قُلْ جَآءَ ٱلْحَقُّ وَمَا يُبْدِئُ ٱلْبَـٰطِلُ وَمَا يُعِيدُ
Qul jaaa'al haqqu wa maa yubdi'ul baatilu wa maa yu'eed
Powiedz: "Przyszła prawda! Nie pojawi się fałsz i nie powróci!"
Say: the truth has come, and falsehood can neither originate anything nor bring it back.
Originating and then restoring is the pair used at 10:34 as the test the false gods are challenged to meet, and at 10:4 and 30:11 as a plain description of God's own work. Put in the negative over falsehood, it says there is no first act and nothing to bring back, which is the answer 10:34 was waiting for. The line is given as speech to be spoken aloud, and the arrival it announces is already complete.
