وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمُ ٱسْجُدُوا۟ لِلرَّحْمَـٰنِ قَالُوا۟ وَمَا ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنُ أَنَسْجُدُ لِمَا تَأْمُرُنَا وَزَادَهُمْ نُفُورًا ۩
Wa izaa qeela lahumus judoo lir Rahmaani qaaloo wa mar Rahmaanu anasjudu limaa taamurunaa wa zaadahum nufooraa
Kiedy im się powie: "Wybijajcie pokłony Miłosiernemu!", oni mówią: "Cóż to jest ten Miłosierny? Czy my mamy wybijać pokłony na twój rozkaz?" I to tylko powiększa ich niechęć.
And when they are told, "Prostrate to the Most Merciful," they say, "And what is the Most Merciful? Are we to prostrate to whatever you command us?" And it only increases their aversion.
