وَٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ عَنِ ٱللَّغْوِ مُعْرِضُونَ
Wallazeena hum 'anillaghwimu'ridoon
Którzy się odwracają od pustej gadaniny,
and who turn away from idle talk,
Laghw names speech emptied of content, the talk that passes time, and the list places turning from it directly after humility in prayer. The verb belongs to the same root the Qur'an uses for those who turn away from God's remembrance, so what makes the act praiseworthy is entirely what it turns from. Prayer brackets the whole list: it opens with humility in prayer and closes seven verses later with guarding it.
