ٱللَّهُ يَصْطَفِى مِنَ ٱلْمَلَـٰٓئِكَةِ رُسُلًا وَمِنَ ٱلنَّاسِ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ سَمِيعٌۢ بَصِيرٌ
Allahu yastafee minal malaaa'ikati Rusulanw wa minan naas; innal laaha Samee'um Baseer

God chooses messengers from among the angels and from among the people. Indeed, God is all-hearing, all-seeing.
The argument that began with the parable of the fly lands here: the choosing of intermediaries belongs to God. Yaṣṭafī comes from a root meaning to pick out the choicest part, and the present tense keeps that choosing ongoing. Closing on the names of hearing and sight answers the parable directly, since the objects of worship described two verses earlier can neither perceive a theft nor undo it.
