أُذِنَ لِلَّذِينَ يُقَـٰتَلُونَ بِأَنَّهُمْ ظُلِمُوا۟ ۚ وَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَلَىٰ نَصْرِهِمْ لَقَدِيرٌ
Uzina lillazeena yuqaataloona bi annahum zulimoo; wa innal laaha 'alaa nasrihim la Qaderr

Permission to fight is given to those who are being attacked, because they have been wronged — and God is surely able to help them to victory.
