Surah Al-Baqarah — 2:114

وَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّن مَّنَعَ مَسَـٰجِدَ ٱللَّهِ أَن يُذْكَرَ فِيهَا ٱسْمُهُۥ وَسَعَىٰ فِى خَرَابِهَآ ۚ أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ مَا كَانَ لَهُمْ أَن يَدْخُلُوهَآ إِلَّا خَآئِفِينَ ۚ لَهُمْ فِى ٱلدُّنْيَا خِزْىٌ وَلَهُمْ فِى ٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ

Wa man azlamu mimmam-mana'a masaajidal laahi ai-yuzkara feehas muhoo wa sa'aa fee kharaabihaaa; ulaaa'ika maa kaana lahum ai yadkhuloohaaa illaa khaaa''feen; lahum fiddunyaa khizyunw wa lahum fil aakhirati 'azaabun 'azeem

A kto jest bardziej niesprawiedliwy aniżeli ten, kto przeszkadza, aby Jego imię było wspominane w świątyniach Boga, i aniżeli ten, kto usiłuje je zniszczyć? Tacy powinni wchodzić do nich przepełnieni strachem. Dla nich na tym świecie - hańba; i dla nich w życiu ostatecznym - kara straszna!

Who is more unjust than those who bar God's places of worship from having his name remembered in them, and strive for their ruin? Such people had no right to enter them except in fear. For them is disgrace in this world, and in the hereafter a tremendous punishment.
