قَدْ مَكَرَ ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ فَأَتَى ٱللَّهُ بُنْيَـٰنَهُم مِّنَ ٱلْقَوَاعِدِ فَخَرَّ عَلَيْهِمُ ٱلسَّقْفُ مِن فَوْقِهِمْ وَأَتَىٰهُمُ ٱلْعَذَابُ مِنْ حَيْثُ لَا يَشْعُرُونَ
Qad makaral lazeena min qablihim fa atal laahu bunyaa nahum minal qawaa'idi fakharra 'alaihimus saqfu min fawqihim wa ataahumul 'azaabu min haisu laa yash'uroon
Knuli już podstępy ci, którzy byli przed nimi, lecz Bóg zniszczył ich budowlę od podstaw. I zawalił się nad nimi dach; przyszła na nich kara, skąd nawet jej nie przeczuwali.
Those before them schemed, and God came upon their building from its foundations, so the roof collapsed on them from above, and the punishment reached them from where they did not perceive.
