هُوَ ٱلَّذِى جَعَلَ ٱلشَّمْسَ ضِيَآءً وَٱلْقَمَرَ نُورًا وَقَدَّرَهُۥ مَنَازِلَ لِتَعْلَمُوا۟ عَدَدَ ٱلسِّنِينَ وَٱلْحِسَابَ ۚ مَا خَلَقَ ٱللَّهُ ذَٰلِكَ إِلَّا بِٱلْحَقِّ ۚ يُفَصِّلُ ٱلْـَٔايَـٰتِ لِقَوْمٍ يَعْلَمُونَ
Huwal lazee ja'alash shamsa diyaaa'anw walqamara nooranw wa qaddarahoo manaaz zila lita'lamoo 'adadas sineena walhisaab; maa khalaqal laahu zaalika illa bilhaqq; yufassilul aayaati liqawminw ya'lamoon
On jest Tym, który uczynił słońce jasnością, a księżyc światłem; i który wyznaczył dla niego fazy, abyście znali liczbę lat i rachunek. Bóg stworzył to niewątpliwie w całej prawdzie, rozdzielając znaki dla ludzi, którzy wiedzą.
It is he who made the sun a radiance and the moon a light, and measured out its phases, so you may know the number of years and the reckoning of time. God did not create all this except in truth. He lays out the signs in detail for people who understand.
