تَنَزَّلُ ٱلْمَلَـٰٓئِكَةُ وَٱلرُّوحُ فِيهَا بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِم مِّن كُلِّ أَمْرٍ
Tanaz zalul malaa-ikatu war roohu feeha bi izni-rab bihim min kulli amr
on that night the angels and the Spirit descend again and again with their Lord’s permission on every task;
The angels and the Spirit descend in it by their Lord's permission, for every matter.
