وَٱللَّهُ مِن وَرَآئِهِم مُّحِيطٌۢ
Wallaahu minw waraaa'ihim muheet
God surrounds them all.
And God encompasses them from behind.
Warāʾ carries both directions in Arabic: behind a person, and equally ahead of them, which is how it is read of the king seizing boats in the Kahf story. Either way, it places God where the deniers have no view. Muḥīṭ adds knowledge to position, since encompassing in this vocabulary means holding a thing entirely within sight and reach.
