وَمَا يَذْكُرُونَ إِلَّآ أَن يَشَآءَ ٱللَّهُ ۚ هُوَ أَهْلُ ٱلتَّقْوَىٰ وَأَهْلُ ٱلْمَغْفِرَةِ
Wa maa yazkuroona illaaa any yashaaa'al laah; Huwa ahlut taqwaa wa ahlul maghfirah
they will only take heed if God so wishes. He is the Lord who should be heeded, the Lord of forgiveness.
Yet they will not take heed unless God wills — he is worthy to be held in awe, and worthy to forgive.
