لِّيَعْلَمَ أَن قَدْ أَبْلَغُوا۟ رِسَـٰلَـٰتِ رَبِّهِمْ وَأَحَاطَ بِمَا لَدَيْهِمْ وَأَحْصَىٰ كُلَّ شَىْءٍ عَدَدًۢا
Liya'lama an qad ablaghoo risaalaati rabbihim wa ahaata bima ladihim wa ahsaa kulla shai'in 'adadaa
to ensure that each of His messengers delivers his Lord’s message: He knows all about them, and He takes account of everything.
so that he may know they have delivered the messages of their Lord, and that he encompasses all that is with them, and has counted every single thing.
