وَٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ لِأَمَـٰنَـٰتِهِمْ وَعَهْدِهِمْ رَٰعُونَ
Wallazeena hum li amaa naatihim wa 'ahdihim raa'oon
who are faithful to their trusts and their pledges;
and those who are faithful to their trusts and their covenants,
