أَفَنَجْعَلُ ٱلْمُسْلِمِينَ كَٱلْمُجْرِمِينَ
Afanaj'alul muslimeena kalmujrimeen
Should We treat those who submit to Us as We treat those who do evil?
Are we to treat those who surrender like the guilty?
