Surah Al-Mulk — 67:3

Allazee khalaqa sab'a samaawaatin tibaaqam maa taraa fee khalqir rahmaani min tafaawutin farji'il basara hal taraa min futoor

who created the seven heavens, one above the other. You will not see any flaw in what the Lord of Mercy creates. Look again! Can you see any flaw?

the one who created seven heavens in layers. You will see no flaw in the creation of the Most Merciful. Look again — do you see any cracks?

Reflection

The name chosen here is the Most Merciful, in a surah otherwise concerned with dominion and testing, so the ordered cosmos is credited to mercy in a passage about power. Tafāwut means disproportion, a mismatch between parts that should fit. The instruction is unusual in that it hands the reader a test to run and then tells them the result in advance, which the next verse repeats with the eye coming back worn out.
