أَلَا يَعْلَمُ مَنْ خَلَقَ وَهُوَ ٱللَّطِيفُ ٱلْخَبِيرُ
Alaa ya'lamu man khalaq wa huwal lateeful khabeer
How could He who created not know His own creation, when He is the Most Subtle, the All Aware?
Does the one who created not know? And he is the Subtle, the All-Aware.
