Surah At-Tahrim — 66:5

'Asaa rabbuhooo in tallaqakunna anyyubdilahooo azwaajan khairam mnkunna muslimaatim mu'minaatin qaanitaatin taaa'ibaatin 'aabidaatin saaa'ihaatin saiyibaatinw wa abkaaraa

His Lord may well replace you with better wives if the Prophet decides to divorce any of you: wives who are devoted to God, true believers, devout, who turn to Him in repentance and worship Him, given to fasting, whether previously married or virgins.

If he divorces you, his Lord may well give him in your place wives better than you — women who surrender, who believe, who are devout, who turn back in repentance, who worship, who journey in faith — whether previously married or virgins.

Reflection

Sā'iḥāt is the unusual item in this list. Its verb means to travel or roam the land, and early commentators read it here as those who fast, taking the fasting person to be a traveller of a kind, while others kept the sense of leaving home for God. The list then closes on two words that describe circumstance instead of character: previously married, or never married.
