وَهُوَ ٱلْقَاهِرُ فَوْقَ عِبَادِهِۦ ۚ وَهُوَ ٱلْحَكِيمُ ٱلْخَبِيرُ
Wa Huwal gaahiru fawqa 'ibaadih; wa Huwal Hakeemul Khabeer
Dan Dia-lah yang berkuasa atas sekalian hamba-hamba-Nya. Dan Dia-lah Yang Maha Bijaksana lagi Maha Mengetahui.
And he is the Supreme over his servants, and he is the Wise, the All-Aware.
