۞ قَالَ قَرِينُهُۥ رَبَّنَا مَآ أَطْغَيْتُهُۥ وَلَـٰكِن كَانَ فِى ضَلَـٰلٍۭ بَعِيدٍ
Qaala qareenuhoo Rabbanaa maaa atghaituhoo wa laakin kaana fee dalaahim ba'eed
and his [evil] companion will say, ‘Lord, I did not make him transgress; he had already gone far astray himself.’
His companion will say, "Our Lord, I did not drive him to transgress — he was already far astray."
