رِّزْقًا لِّلْعِبَادِ ۖ وَأَحْيَيْنَا بِهِۦ بَلْدَةً مَّيْتًا ۚ كَذَٰلِكَ ٱلْخُرُوجُ
Rizqal lil'ibaad, wa ahyainaa bihee baldatam maitaa; kazaalikal khurooj
as a provision for everyone; how with water We give [new] life to a land that is dead? This is how the dead will emerge [from their graves].
as provision for the servants; and with it we bring a dead land back to life. Such is the emergence.
