أَفَلَا يَتَدَبَّرُونَ ٱلْقُرْءَانَ أَمْ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبٍ أَقْفَالُهَآ
Afalaa yatadabbaroonal Qur-aana am 'alaa quloobin aqfaaluhaa
Will they not contemplate the Quran? Do they have locks on their hearts?
Will they not reflect on the Qur'an, or are there locks upon their hearts?
